I say w 💯 confidence you will never be treated better anywhere in any form of customer engagement than here. I’ll spare you dear reader the details, but this store has gone so far above and beyond the call of duty I have no words. None. Best customer care ever. I wish I could do more than write a Google review to say “Thank you.” You couldn’t pay for better service - it’s in the staff DNA. They do it right!

I will say that I love our Room & Board furniture purchases. They are very high quality. The showroom experience is great. Be aware, though, that once your transaction is complete, all post-purchase service from delivery to warranty repair is subcontracted out and you will not receive the same level of service. Still great products and sales staff, but if you run into a problem after purchase, it's going to be "a problem".

I had a great experience here from start to finish. The people who work here are helpful without being overbearing, and it was easy to get swatches. I ordered 3 pieces online and the experience went very well. Fast shipping, easy COI request form, and the delivery guys were friendly and competent. My furniture turned out exactly as expected and in perfect condition. I’ll be back!

We hada fantastic experience at Room & Board Chelsea! We worked with Rod, who was absolutely incredible. We struggle with major decision paralysis, but Rod made the entire process seamless. He helped us design our living room by working around our existing decor and finding new pieces that fit our space and color palette perfectly. He was professional, friendly, and always available via email to answer our questions. If you're feeling overwhelmed by choices, ask for Rod - he's an expert at guiding you to the right selections. Highly recommend!

Very impressed with the customer service, ease of ordering, sticking to delivery windows, delivery and set up, the whole thing. The pieces themselves (sofa, mattress, platform bed, and more) are high quality and fairly priced. Highly recommend Room & Board NYC.

Amaizing quality furniture. This store is 3 story tall of showroom. They have a huge inventory but the price of item can be high for the middle class American. It’s worth checking it out , the staff are friendly and will help with all you need.
